Automatic bill payment?saves you both money and time throughout each and every month, Hamm writes.

Hamm recommends scheduling payments on many of your bills in advance so that you don?t have to worry about paying them on time.

As I mentioned yesterday, one of the big advantages of online bill pay is that you can schedule payments on many of your bills in advance so that you don?t have to worry about paying them on time. Online bill pay just fires them off for you at the correct time.

The Simple Dollar is a blog for those of us who need both cents and sense: people fighting debt and bad spending habits while building a financially secure future and still affording a latte or two. Our busy lives are crazy enough without having to compare five hundred mutual funds ? we just want simple ways to manage our finances and save a little money.

Of course, that really only works if you know the amount of the bill in advance. It works great for mortgage payments or car payments or insurance payments, but for many of us, our cell phone bill and electric bill and other bills vary a little (or a lot) from month to month.

For those bills, you can?t just type in an amount well in advance and call it good enough. You?ll either be drastically overpaying or, even worse, underpaying your bill.

Thankfully, many companies have a very useful solution already in place: automatic bill pay.?

Enhance Your Advertising Campaign Through Pay Per Click (PPC ...

With millions of individuals surfing the net from across the globe every day, there are numerous opportunities for businesses that took their own undertakings to the internet to build connections with new clients and nurture their relationship with current ones. It?s no longer sufficient for a firm to get a physical store or office where customers could visit to do business; nowadays, if you wish to stay competitive and be productive in your field, then looking after your online presence by using a high-quality website is vital in holding your spot as a top figure in the niche.

Entrepreneurs must push traffic towards their official sites; when they reach the site, they?ve got the chance to check out all of the obtainable products, get services and products, as well as discuss the information with other consumers online. The challenge, of course, lies in effectively directing Online users towards their website, and among the best ways to achieve this is via a Web advertising style referred to as pay per click (PPC). Firms may employ this kind of advertising tactic to bring in excellent traffic while maintaining a particular budget.

By using PPC, a business owner like you may place a commercial in another site or a search engine with the intention of directing customers from that website to yours. You?d only need to pay the publisher every time an online user ticks on your promotion; it doesn?t matter if the internet user continues to buy an item from your website or not. The system provides an excellent chance for your business to reach out to millions of Web users and gain an advantage above your competitors.

If establishing this kind of online advertising strategy is totally new for you, you can employ professionals in PPC campaign management to take care of the task and enable you to be successful. All these professionals can help you with all elements of developing the marketing campaign: setting up a Google Adwords account, setting up a Google Adwords technique, researching key terms and rivals, choosing keywords, and creating themes, adgroups, and advertisements.

When your advertising campaign is well on its way, a PPC management company may also direct you through other essential elements of the advertising process. They could help your company with creating and assessing multiple advertisements, tracking your Google Analytics account as well as your conversions, managing keyword optimization and prices for bids, maximising clicks, and planning regular campaign reports.

With seasoned marketers at the head of your PPC promotion, you can expect to see good results in just a several months. The secret to an effective marketing plan like this is to constantly test, track, and adjust your campaign to adjust your results and notice significant increase in customer reaction. Producing excellent traffic to your site is an ongoing process that successful entrepreneurs must regularly take care of and modify to create favourable results.

There are a lot of reasons why you will need expert service from a PPC management company. Experts can direct you towards your success.

Katy Perry Divorce 'Tested' Singer's 'Sanity ... - Huffington Post

It's been a big year for Katy Perry, who recently accepted the honor of Billboard's 2012 Woman of the Year. In spite of all of her professional success, the singer acknowledges that she's also faced her fair share of personal hardships.

"The worst [part of the last two years] was it being a test of my sanity," Perry told Billboard magazine. "You just have to always keep one foot out and be aware of all the people you're putting around you, their intentions and motives. I try to never let my intuition be muddled."

Although she didn't specify in the interview, it is likely that one of these "tests" was her very public split from British funnyman Russell Brand. The comedian filed for divorce at the tail end of December 2011, just 14 months after the couple tied the knot in India. Their split has been an amicable one by celebrity standards; two days after the ex-couple's divorce was finalized in July, Brand said of his ex-wife: "She's a young woman and she's beautiful and she's sensitive and I care about her deeply."

Brand and Perry aren't the only star couple to stay friendly after a split. Click through the slides below to see 15 other amicable ex-couples.

• Courteney Cox and David Arquette

Courteney Cox and David Arquette tied the knot in 1999 before separating 11 years later and filing for divorce in mid-June. But the two actors are both fully supportive of each other.

• Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore

Although Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher's marriage came to blows after the "Two and a Half Men" star allegedly strayed from his vows, the pair were spotted looking quite amicable at a pre-Golden Globes party. (Getty)

• Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C. Hall

This pair's on-screen brother-sister relationship may be heating up on "Dexter" (seriously!), but the ex-couple is also friendly when they're not trying to catch Miami's newest serial killer in town. (Getty)

• Debra Messing and Daniel Zelman

In December 2010, Debra Messing and Daniel Zelman split after 10 years of marriage.

• Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon

Reese Witherspooon and Ryan Phillippe found young love in 1999 before welcoming a son and daughter. But things weren't a typical Hollywood ending for the pair -- they split eight years later. The duo is still more than amicable as they co-parent their two children.

• Demi Moore and Bruce Willis

This power couple married in 1987 and welcomed three daughters before calling it quits in 2000. But the happy family is still very much a unit -- Bruce even poses with the kids, Demi and Demi's subsequent husband, Ashton Kutcher, on the red carpet!

• Orlando Bloom and Kate Bosworth

Orlando Bloom and Kate Bosworth made quite an attractive pair and got pretty serious with their relationship before calling it quits. Maybe with their incredible looks combined, they were just too hot to handle. But you can still catch the duo hugging it out when they run into each other in Hollywoodland.

• Jack White and Karen Elson

After Karen Elson appeared in the White Stripes' music video "Blue Orchid," the chemistry was undeniable. The pair tied the knot in 2005 before calling it quits six years later. But they definitely ended on an amicable note -- they even threw a divorce party!

• Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas

The collision of the prince and princess of teen pop came when Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas made sweet music on and off the stage. But the teen pop-star world is too small for any hard feelings -- the pair is still more than friendly on the red carpet. How mature!

• Penn Badgley and Blake Lively

They were the couple to beat on the Upper East Side but the on-screen "Gossip Girl" drama between Blake Lively and Penn Badgley seemed to spill off-screen into their real-life romance. But the show must go on! The pair still remains friends on and off set.

• Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson

This rockstar and pop princess collided in 2008 before calling off their whirlwind romance three years later. But the pair did get one thing out of their short-lived union -- baby boy Bronx. The couple still remains close in an effort to make things as normal as possible for their young son.

• Fran Drescher and Peter Marc Jacobson

Fran Drescher and Peter Marc Jacobson were married for 11 years before Jacobson admitted that he was, in fact, gay. Although it was shocking at first, Drescher finally got over her ex-husband's confession and now admits that they are the best of friends.

• Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake

The ultimate fun couple may have split after dating for three years but that didn't stop them from still having a ball. The pair even starred together in "Bad Teacher" and played each other's love interests -- and apparently it wasn't awkward at all!

• Kendra Wilkinson and Hugh Hefner

This former Playboy Mansion fixture and her Lothario lover, Hugh Hefner, made good TV while it lasted on "The Girls Next Door." But there were definitely no hard feelings for this ex-couple -- Kendra married Hank Baskett at the Playboy mansion!

• Deryck Whibley and Avril Lavigne

After three years of marriage, these punk rockers called it quits -- but Avril still insists that they remain quite close.

internalcleansingcenter.com ? Mind/Body/Spirit

There comes a time in your life where you have to stop, look, and listen. Step outside yourself and really look at yourself through a third-person perspective. It?s hard to do. We never want others, or ourselves, to judge us. But judging ourselves is exactly what we need to do in order to take ourselves to the next level.?

If we want to expand our health and well-being, we need to look at ourselves and see what it is that we are doing in order to make that change. We need to establish what health and wellness means to us individually.? We all have different goals for different reasons.? And that?s because we are, in fact, very different. Some eat clean and exercise to stay lean. Some do it just because it?s a lifestyle. Some do it competitively for fitness and for sport. And some do it for all of the above?.mind, body, and spirit. Which is what I tend to lean towards.

When I don?t exercise and eat well on a regular basis, I don?t feel well. Not only in my body, but in my mind as well. There is a chemical/hormonal reaction that goes on in the body when we nourish and challenge it PROPERLY.? I feel funky in my body?-I get bloated, have digestive challenges, and fell fatigued?when I don?t take care of myself. And so for me, that leans more towards mind, body, and spirit?.they are all interconnected.

You cannot have one without the other. The body encapsulates the mind and the spirit.? It?s purpose is to manifest that which is brought on by the mind and the spirit. So it stands to reason that the physical issues/complaints/diseases??and all the good feeling stuff we experience, are a direct reflection of the thoughts we think, the emotions we feel, and the state of mind.

I know that in my lifetime, one of my biggest PHYSICAL issues has always been gastrointestinal. I have, of course along with millions of others, been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome. Which is basically what they tell you you have when they cannot find anything pathologically wrong with you and you seem to still struggle with digestive problems.? For years I went on elimination diets. For years I did cleansing. For years I followed exactly what they told me to do. More fiber. More exercise. More water. More More More!!! None of it worked??WHY???

Well, for me personally, and there is not getting around this?..it?s always been emotional/spiritual. That which we think is ALWAYS going to be reflected in our physical.

Ever know someone who can eat whatever they want and never have a digestive issue a day in their life while another person can eat the healthiest of healthy diets and have nothing but constipation, bloating, and other GI distress??

The more I treat clients, the more I see that with them, and myself as well, that the ones with IBS, are generally the ones who have the heaviest loads in life to deal with. Whether it?s a current situation, a past situation, or an upcoming situation.? We think too much and??thoughts become things. We literally think, worry, and panic ourselves into not feeling well. Stress is the leading cause of digestive issues in life?.and stress can lead to a plethora of other health issues as well. And most of the things we stress about we truly do not have any control over. So why worry about the things we cannot fix.

Things I personally have stressed over??work, health, family, finances?..all things that I have little or no control over I have tried to control all at once only to have them crash down at me all at once. That?s that feeling you get when you feel the weight of the world on your shoulders?.that pit in your stomach?.that waking up in the middle of the night?..the inability to lose weight. It?s all stress. And it?s all useless mind chatter.

Let go. Be with what is present. The past IS in the past. The future IS in the future. What you do have is the present. And about the only thing you have control over?..are the thoughts you think. Think yourself into well-being. Love your mind, body, and spirit for exactly the way it is right now?.even if it?s not your ideal?.appreciate it for all that it is. Because when you do, you will look at yourself in a completely different light.

And that is what is called well-being.
