LONDON (AP) -Celtic slumped to a surprise 1-0 home loss to Inverness on Saturday, missing a chance to strengthen its grip on the Scottish Premier League.
Billy McKay's second-half goal ensures Celtic is only a point ahead of Aberdeen and Hibernian, although the Glasgow club has a game in hand.
Aberdeen moved into second place after Niall McGinn's goal secured a 1-0 win at Hibernian, which dropped to third on goal difference.
Also Saturday, fourth-place St. Johnstone won 2-1 at Kilmarnock, Dundee United won at Ross County by the same scoreline, St. Mirren pulled four points clear of Dundee by beating the bottom team 3-1, and Motherwell drew 0-0 with Hearts.
