Helin: Blazers Open At No. 20 In NBA Summer Power?Rankings
Kurt Helin of ProBasketballTalk.com sounds a little bit higher on the Portland Trail Blazers than some other analysts in his summer power rankings. The Blazers are ranked No. 20 overall, good for No. 11 in the Western Conference.

They have a couple quality young pieces ? LaMarcus Aldridge and Nicolas Batum ? and Damian Lillard is my guy for Rookie of the Year (Anthony Davis probably wins but he is too obvious). But it?s a rebuilding process and it will take some time.
