Job description
Our client is a National Real Estate Broker/Property Manager, seeking an experienced real estate transaction paralegal or attorney to support its real estate transaction practice. Relevant duties will include reviewing, analyzing, interpreting and drafting legal instruments relating to real estate transactions as well as:
??Coordinating due diligence on all closings;
??Executing closing sheets;
??Handling estoppel matters;
??Title searches; and
??Coordinating with the acquisition team on all matters relating to real estate transactions.

Who we are looking for
??Bachelor's Degree;
??Candidates must have a paralegal certificate from an accredited institution, or a Juris Doctor degree;
??More than 4 years of experience supporting transactional real estate practice groups in law firms and/or in-house corporate legal departments;
??Significant demonstrated experience reviewing, analyzing, interpreting and drafting legal instruments supporting real estate transactions;
??S
??Capacity to operate in a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision.
