Organisational Change Management Specialist - Brisbane - Randstad

Large program of work needs your skills as an Organisational Change Management Specialist?/ Analyst to manage and deliver a complex Organisational Change Management plan for a managed service provider led SOE desktop?rollout project.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate detailed impact analysis workshops to determine the readiness level of business users regards change.
  • Develop Organisational Change Management plans inclusive of business readiness plans, taking into consideration of ICT deployment, migration, capability development and change activities.
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities for all impacted workgroups.
  • Engage with the Managed Service Provider

Your skills and experiences will include:

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders and employees at all levels regarding the organisational change program of work.
  • Extensive experience in organisational change management methodologies, principles and practices with working experience in the development and implementation of organisational change management and training strategies.
  • Knowledge of PM best practice (PMBOK) and methodologies (Prince 2 or other)
  • Prior Experience working on an SOE desktop rollout / refresh project
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with and managing vendor / managed service provider relationships
